Who we are
Wilson Developments are a family run and family-owned business we currently are working on developments throughout North and South Lanarkshire in partnership with Clyde Valley Housing Association and Rutherglen and District Housing Association, to deliver completed units for social rent, mid-market rent and sale.
Steven Wilson
Managing Director and Founder
Steven set up the business in 2002 with its first development at Brandon Park, Bellshill where there were a total of 23 units of which 19 were sold off of plan on launch day. Steven has a vast experience in the construction industry a specific talent for site identification and delivery.
Danny McInnes
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Danny has expensive experience with several major construction companies and has been working with Wilson developments since 2020, responsibilities normally include surveying matters & sub-contractor valuations.
Kerry Donnelly
Architectural Technician
Kerry joined Wilson developments in 2018 and provides a wide range of architectural services including site layouts, statutory consent drawings and building regulation compliant materials to both clients and site.
